The role
You’ll lead and grow our corporate services function, making sure every client entity is set up, maintained and governed correctly. You’ll own the compliance framework behind the service and act as a senior point of contact for clients and regulators.
What you’ll do
- Own the service line’s quality, growth and profitability
- Oversee company formations, restructurings, redomiciliations and liquidations
- Manage statutory compliance, including registers, filings with the Malta Business Registry and beneficial ownership
- Provide company secretarial services, including board meetings and minutes
- Own KYC/AML and client due-diligence processes in line with FIAU requirements
- Work with the accounting and tax teams on structuring and ongoing client support
- Develop policies, procedures and team capability as the function scales
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in corporate services
- In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act and CSP regulation in Malta
- Experience dealing with the MFSA, MBR and FIAU
- Strong judgement on risk, with a practical, client-focused approach
- Experience building or improving processes and leading a team
